The relationship between architecture and photography is today especially challenging because the pre-imagination by computer simulations has relegated the architectural photograph to a rubber stamp - a simple confirmation of the already ‘photographed’ virtual instance of the work. The architectural photograph could enter a new phase, one to grapple with non-pictorial aspects of a particular space or structure. What a place is rather than what it looks like is the focus of my unfolding ambitions.
